Recently I have been thinking about eventually converting to coil overs with adjustable shocks. Not sure I “need” such a thing or not and I am not even done painting this thing yet….
Educate me please. What are you using, opinions? Just shocks or the whole ball of wax?
If it makes any difference I have CSRP front spindles. I am not exactly sure what they are modeled from (Granada, Falcon/comet, Mustang?).

Are you referring to front or rear? I have coil struts on the front of my Cyclone, no upper control arm.Rootsy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 11, 2025 6:30 pmRecently I have been thinking about eventually converting to coil overs with adjustable shocks. Re: Coillovers
I installed Viking coil over shocks in my triangulated 4 link in the back and the car road so nice I wanted to do something in the front. I found that Viking made a set of coil over shocks for the front also so I installed them. The shocks are double adjustable for ride comfort or race mode and you can set the ride height of your car. They bolt right in place of your existing coil spring and shock. I like them. Tom

I put on the street or track coil overs in my Cyclone. Shaun lives just North of Detroit and I just drove to his house to get them. Been on my car for over 10 years. Like them so much I put them on my 66 Fastback too.

Those are nice! Kind of pricy if you choose double adjustable but that is exactly what I am looking for really. Maybe once I get this bucket of bolts together and wrung out and need something else to spend money on.
