might be a cobra Magneti Marelli
After more looking around it might be a magneti marelli duel intake manifold 289 cobra. the were an Italian/ American auto parts manufacturer

I got it off the motor and there is no casting numbers on the underside and nothing on top but COBRA cast in front of the front carburetor. I like the look and concept but I don't think I want it on my finished car so it is going to go somewhere. I'm thinking about a 351 Windsor swap for the car but I have a lot of runway ahead so I have time to think about it.
