1963 Mercury Comet S-22 Convertible

Post by leslieerickson »

A rare classic! This is a 1963 Mercury Comet S-22 Convertible. 260 V8 engine. Sporty red paint with attractive red and white interior. Power steering, electronic ignition and alternator updated, original drum brakes.
Originally purchased in 1993 by my husband in Texas. The car has never been exposed to a Minnesota winter, stored inside. Interior upholstery, carpet, engine and convertible top were redone about 5-7 years ago. We've had so much fun with this car in parades and trips for ice cream or to watch fireworks! Come take a look I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Freshly detailed and ready to go!

Sorry, Brad. Leslie sold the car shortly after this post. Several of us on the forum worked directly with Leslie on the phone to help her resolve a problem she was having getting a clear title and valuing the car. It took her several months, but she finally got it resolved with the state and was able to sell the car.

By the way, welcome to the forum. :D
