A/C System for Sale

Post by Joe Travers »

Decided to sell my Classic Auto Air A/C system after much deliberation. Was working well before I pulled it last year. PO told me it blew 'cool', not 'cold'. His mistake; driver side cowl was wide open blowing hot air on his feet while the system was working. :?

Here's link to the kit. Installation instructions are available online- https://www.classicautoair.com/shop/com ... er-ac-kit/

My hoses are different length to mount dryer on inner fender well. Dryer needs to be changed since the system has been opened but I'll send old one w/ switch and wiring for reference. Compressor bracket is for small-block aluminum heads and may need to be changed as well. Evaporator painted red for my interior. Should fit Comet/ Falcon / Mustang. $400 + shipping or pick up. PM me, if interested.

I'm like Fred. I'm inside when temps get over 90F :P
If I have to get out, I drive my Lincoln.
Don't need a condenser throwing more heat into my radiator on this hot rod.
