There is nothing special about a Cyclone spindle compared to any Comet/ Falcon V8 spindle. I believe ‘63 & 64 are the same and ‘65 may also work.
Early Mustang may also fit.

There has been extensive discussion on spindles on the forum here and the conclusion is that 63-4 V8 are the same and 65 is same as 65-6 Mustang. So any C3 V8 spindle will work on your 64 Cyclone.
I have pair but im in Canada
I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about
