This guys restores under-dash harnesses. Send him yours and it comes back new for $175. I havent used his service but he is an active member on vintage Mustang sites and seems to know his stuff.

On a related note, has any one converted a falcon harness for the engine compartment/ headlights, for a comet I was wondering if the plug at the firewall is the same and if the four headlights are an issue. My 64 comet wiring in the engine is pretty trashy.
