Replacing the 6 for a 289

Post by torque »

My 62 has a 6 cylinder at the moment but I'd like to replce it with something that has a litle more nuts. 62's didn't come with a stock 289, but I think 63's did...correct me if I'm wrong. How difficult would it be to slide a 289 in my 62? I'm thinking it's just a matter of the engine mounts, no?
