Clutch source
This weekend I plan on slipping out the original 170 and installing a 200. My question is about the clutch. I'm going to be sticking with the original trans for the moment and wanted to make sure that it's going to bolt up (I've seen a lot of information about differences in bellhousings but I don't think that they apply to this swap. Please correct me if I'm wrong.) I'm pretty sure the clutch is frozen and will probably need to be replaced so I figure I'll replace the disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing (am I missing anything). I've searched google for these parts specifically for a 1964 Comet and I'm not turning anything up. Can anyone point me to a source for these parts. Chances are I'm just searching for the wrong thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you've only got a thousand dollars / you oughta just buy a good guitar / learn how to play it, it'll take you farther / than any ol' thousand dollar car... The Bottlerockets.
