I've messed with cars a little bit but have always wanted a classic to work on. Finally took the plunge this winter with a 1962 comet 170 ci. Still figuring out what the hell I'm doing but grateful in advance for any help y'all can provide.

Welcome to the forum and like Pops said answers are always here to be had, sometimes even the wrong ones. But we will figure it out in the end.
A 170 is good little motor, hard to kill, I just pulled mine out last summer for a bigger 6 but I had all sorts of speed parts on my 170 (still do)
See Ya,
Mike
