New here but not to 65 Cyclones

My father bought a 65 cyclone in 72, he purchased my 65 cyclone on fathers day 86. We pulled it out of the woods where it had been resting for 5 years with the factory fiberglass attached. The hood has not seen day light since that same year. I use to help my dad work on his car as a youngster and my dad would help me work on my car as a dad I guess. I think the best thing we ever done to one of these cars was in about 84 when I found a 57 ford rearend out of the local trading post and installed in my dads car (they bolt right in 52" flange to flange). I found one for my car but it has been cleaned painted and hanging in the garage for about 20 years I guess. Both cars have been off the road for years. I can't wait to start working on them again they are some FUN FAST cars.

Howdy Doody!
Just getting back into it myself after a long layoff.
Had a dream one night I was shifting a 4-speed and having a blast. It was so real, I decided to find me another Comet.
Glad you're jumping back into it. Lots of fun, memories coming back to life :)
