First off, kudos to people who do auto upholstery for a living!
Crawling around in the trunk using contact cement, I'll do it on mine but to make a couple bucks  .
The side panels are done but the floor still needs some work. The drivers side hides a tool box and a 1 gal gas can, battery and other stuff on the opposite side.
Heres a pic of the trunk. Tough to get a pic in a black trunk. Add light to see it camera darkens.

Ya the sub will go here behind this fold down.
I don't have one yet and need to build and install the box for it
so I can finish the carpet on that side of the trunk

I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about

Looks real good, Fred. I don't see any lumps or bumps, so I guess all your tools are accounted for.

Marilyn says and I quote, "I still like ours better"
I think the reason these cars like the amount of rake we
have in them is the arch of the body.
The body looks straight at a glance but if you study it the door is the high point and the front fender tip and rear tip are lower so raking the car so the rear is level, imo gives it the right look.
This pic illustrates it real well.

So sittin around waiting on stuff,,, idle hands,,, guess I could clean off that bench.
Image
So one thing leads to another
I should clean this Irs stuff up,,,,
Image
So then I looked over a couple builds I have book marked,,,
Set up the pieces, and ya all the shaft between the boots still has to come off. Think I'll mock up the a-arms and see if the cv joints still have 3 inches of bump travel.
Im thinking of using a FRP transverse leaf to hold the car up, anyone have one kicking around for some measurments?

I guess I haven't reached the point of idle enough to clean yet, right now the closest thing to cleaning is moving stuff around looking for something

I like the idea of IRS but probably wouldn't even consider such a thing now, or really think about it but I would like to see you do it :!:

Oops! No offense intended. I need to go back and reread your thread. I forgot about that feat of mechanical magic. 8) When's the IRS going in?
