Dads 66 Cyclone GT convertible build

Post by z28summit »

Dad had this car when he was 18, found it, and bought it back. Needs some TLC now and has been siting since the 80's. Will be going back to the original colour, white. The 390 has been rebuilt and is ready to be put back in. He is just in the middle of patching the front fenders right now.

8) COOL BEANS that he found it,,OL POP was in his late 40's maybe 50 when I found the 67 390 GT fstback stang that my father in law co-signed for me to get when I was 19yrso,,, ( he did it more for GLENDA,then for me  ) it was one of the best known cars by the COPS in this area   in the late 60's early 70....in fact this very morning having coffee at the old guy's hang out,an old friend of mine said he ran into a old state trooper awhile back and he got to talking about me and that red fast back,,great memories....am sure your DAD has plenty of those he recalls just sitting in it....good luck to him and you...thank you...………….POP
