My 65 Cyclone
Not quite finished yet . After purchasing in December, I’m on its discovery phase. Beautiful paint on a California car ; no collision damage and minor rust repair around the left rear taillight small area on the trunk seam was done . Interior is started but not finished. Engine was unprofessionally done and its out being corrected. I’ve Always wanted 1965 cyclone since I saw them run at the 1965 Winter nationals in Pomona with the mercury drag team running their 427 SOHC set ups . Hayden profit, Dyno Don Nicholson etc.. so mine needs the dash Bezels redone and some other minor things while I’m redoing the Original engine. This is my fifth cyclone But first 65” . I had only seen in person to others before I found mine in Burbank California.

Re: My 65 Cyclone
Wow certainly is a nice one good score Comets are rare enough and Cyclones even rarer especially such nice ones, good are taking it back to original/period correct.

Well done, These cars are so styling they are truly classic. And rare. I just started a major rebuild on mine and I hope I can make it that nice.
