Thanks, guys!

We're getting a little Comet crazy at this little garage.
I'll post some pics of the Canary car when it rolls in. It has the funkiest mag wheels I've ever seen. :P

Shot a cheesy walk-around video with my phone so ya'll can check out my Comet.
No super cheesy cold start with the engine idled to 500 rpm.

She needs a bath and a hood buff. Might be warm enough this afternoon to get wet.
I'll take ya'll for a ride in the country when I pick up a Go-Pro.

Yep, Ford keys even sound better when they jingle in your pocket
OK tell me if this is too overboard on being too much of a Ford guy two things and as Pop says "true story" ...
My cousin called me and asked if I would drive his old truck in the Christmas parade one year. I asked what it was, he said it was a Chevy, I told him I wouldn't be seen driving a Chevy and turned him down  , My uncle when he was dying asked me if I wanted an old truck bed trailer he had (you know one where they had cut the front of the truck off and left the bed and the rear of the frame, it was an old Chevy truck so I turned it down, and told him no thanks, it may have been a test because he was a hardcore Ford guy too on the same level as my dad, if it was I hopefully passed :P That was his 9N Ford you have seen pictures of. The 8N was my dad's.
See Ya,
Mike

And Joe you know I like the '65 but needs a T5 and the header. :P

I loved my '65 202 w/ the 200 and three-on-the-tree. It was a one owner car w/ 80K miles, like sitting in a time capsule. I'd take turns driving it and the Cyclone every day to work until Roop wanted to buy it. That was 25 years ago. He finally got the car in the photo on the road just before the storm hit. I think I'm going over there tomorrow and tune it for him and look at the 404. I may post a video in next few days on those cars. The 404 has a ratchet shifter I need to work on.

You should have told him you needed something to haul manure in and that would fit the bill.

Here's a vid of my buddy Roop's canary 404. After clutch adjustments this morning, I ran parts and tuned-up his 202 and got started working on the 404. This is going to be a cool car after we get finished. 5.0L roller engine, baby C-6 with a Hurst ratchet shifter. :D

This one is for Mikey  FINALLY got my old buddy's 202 on the road today for a test drive. That's him trying it out in the yard before we hit the highway. Check out the wacky dual glass-packs, reminds me of old High School days. Another Comet rides again! :D
