I moved the shifter to the left side of the shaft and made a shim to get the shifter closer to the driver.

Looking good! are those cup holders laying on the seat? I think I see a faint circle drawn on it where they might go.

are you gonna put anything else in it ? like hidden music, phone charger, phone holder,etc...?

That looks sharp, Stacey. What tale piece did you use on your T-5? S-10 or Mustang?

Thanks gang. And yes, cup holders are now cut in. I do plan on a charging port and maybe some accent lighting. I am installing a hidden audio unit but I don't know if my antenna wire will reach into the console just yet. I had intended to angle the console back up under the AC unit and install a Pioneer AVIC touch screen system with GPS but there isn't enough room.

And the tranny is out of a 93 Mustang per the previous owner.

That's beautiful Stacey, what finish are you planning or are you going to cover it with some kind of fabric? Either way I'm sure it will be first class. Andy

Just plain ole black vinyl Andy. The lid/armrest will be covered in the same cloth as the seats.

Thanks Pop and everyone else.

Round bodied retrofit to Scott Drake 64-66 Mustang adjustable strut rods. I bought a set for $260 shipped. Turns out the hole for the front of my 61 Falcon was 1 1/8" after knocking out the little collar. The hub on the new shaft that goes through the mount is 1 5/16". After carefully expanding the hole with a bit on my die grinder, she fits just fine. Pretty nice stuff really.
