Small Block Switch

With a 64 Comet not sure of what I need to get what I want. How hard a conversion is it to put in a efi small block with automatic w/floor shift and bucket seats. Would like to turn mid 13s in quarter. Does Vintage Air make a system to fit a 64. Would need disc brakes, maybe power steering if needed. Can these things be done to a 64 without have to alter everything.

Yep, all the parts are out there and easy enough to find!! Is yours a V8 car or 6-cyl?
