Cylinder Head Identification

Could some of you folks lead me in a direction to identify the heads on my 64 Caliente. They are aluminum and have freeze plugs in the front. Are there some numbers somewhere to help? One guy suggested they were some kind of Ford head and another said he thought they were Canfield. I know this is not a lot of info, but if I know what to look for, I can update with more. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
