I have had an issue with a 260 I'm trying to resurrect. I had a low oil pressure issue.
When I checked I had a broken push rod and the lifter had popped out of its slot.
Will this cause low oil pressure?
Need some info

Yes,it will as you have an oil galley running down each lifter side.If a lifter comes out you have about a 3/8" hole where oil will escape! ROY.
