4100 secondaries not opening

Morning - I just finished installing a new timing chain and water pump on my 66 289. While I was at it, I installed a stock 4V manifold and a rebuilt autolite 4100. I've got a vacuum line running from the carb to the dist, and a PCV valve connected to the stock carb spacer. The exhaust manifold to choke is capped.

Problem: the secondaries are not opening up, and I can't find any vacuum leaks. Any ideas???

Try a installing a lighter spring for the secondaries. You should be able to use Holley carb springs in your Autolight 4100.
