trick flow FE dual quad intake

Post by loman »

I bought the trick flow FE heads for my 390 project. One of the reasons I chose them was because the trick flow salesman I was talking to about the heads said they were working on a dual quad intake for 2019. Here is a link to it at the SEMA show.

Can't go wrong with TFS. And are you stroking this engine?
66 Cyclone GT; 245/60R15's on 15x8's and 215/70R15's on 15x7 Magnum's.
There's nothing like the sound of a pushrod V8 singing at the top of her lung's.

It will not be stroked for now. We will run the single 4bbl intake until we get the car pretty well sorted out. Then when we are ready we will buy the 2 4bbl setup for NSS. At least that is the plan for now. Subject to change daily.

i hear folks are getting good power from the trick flow heads but dont forget to address the rockerarm pads. you have to mill .250 off of the rocker pads to get the geometry right on tfs heads.for some reason trick flow rocker stand pads are .250 taller than stock.i dont know why they did that, but it has to be addressed.

I emailed Trick Flow a week or so ago and finally received a response yesterday on the availability of the intake. The email stated it will be available in the summer.

You don't have to mill the heads if you use Harland Sharp rockers. The head are set up for them.
