I'm planning on putting my 390 into my 65 comet so for anyone that has a FE in their 64/65. What motor mounts are you using?

:D They have good stuff and have used them in the past. I'm a steel fabricator so I want to build my own frame extensions. I was hoping someone would have pics of what they have done.

I would think that if you could find motor mounts from a big block fairlane or mustang that they would work. not for sure on this but i belive that the mustang would work for sure.

67 Mustang motor mounts for a 390 along with any small block Mustang frame mounts from a 66 to 68 Mustang bolt right in. Don't spend the big money for big block frame mounts, they are exactly the same except they use one extra mounting bolt.
