61 comet spring eye to shackle eye measurement

I am attempting to fix a not-so-perfect frame patch problem for a friend. He cut out both rear frame sections that had the holes for the shackles and weld them back in with what appears to be bad measurements. I need to know what the stock measurement is from the front spring perch to the rear spring shackle hole. Any help would be appreciated, this thing is dog-legging horribly and the front pass wheel toes in 2 inches even after quick aligning. It will toe in fully inside of 12 feet.
