COMET CENTRAL

I want to replace the quarter window glass in my 63 convert but I cannot get out,is there certain steps to do ? do I have to take out the regulater ? I removed the bolts to to the regulater but it still does not come out.thank you for any help

A few years late to this thread but figured I would drop this link here, since I just went through this. It’s for a mustang but it is for the most part the same steps.
