63 comet convertible

I have a 63 comet convertible that when i put the top up an roll up the windows all the way i have about a 3 1/2 opening between the window and the top.......what am i missing??? Any help would be appreciated... Thanks

Is the window at the top of the vertical front run channel?

I figured out there is big rubber weatherstrippng that goes around the convertible top frame .....ordered it from ebay.....another problem arose....the convertible top frame is bent. Most likely from somebody jumping on it to get it down

Don't know about the frame but wonder if it can be heated, straightened and tempered?
