61 Sedan side window stainless vent removal / and window

So, struggling to figure out how to remove the side door glass to prep for blasting and painting etc. I have the shop book but it is not too helpful. Car has stainless shade vents at top of doors.
I cannot figure out how those stainless vents are held in place. Do I have to remove the window run 'inserts' to get to invisible screws? Is there a good
way to remove these insert channels? (the part with the mohair). Because I am eventually suppose to be able to remove the front window channel
in order to actually remove the window. Thanks for any tips or help!
