Pretty cool!
When I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2008 I found a 63 S22 V8 hardtop on Craigslist (Air Force  ). Secured the deal and the seller was nice enough to hold onto it until I got home.
It was a cool clean car with the original 260. Unfortunately life happened and she had to go.

Joe, was it a factory 4-speed car? They are rare and haven't caught on very well.
Perhaps lacking racing heritage or sporting the old deco look? IDK, but I always loved the Space Age designs from late '50s- early '60s.
Always thought they mimicked the old F-86 Sabre Jets.

Hey Joe, it was an automatic car. I already had the plans and parts to convert it to factory 4 speed. Some of those part ended up on my 65.
I agree these cars haven’t found the appreciation of the later ones but we know what’s cool and someday I believe they will.

Sold for $19k!
I thought it would bring $15K but $19K isn't high considering the price for everything right now.
I've seen some crazier stuff on BAT.

Yeah, $19k seemed like a fair price considering how clean it was.
