That is a good looking Comet. Were they available with a four speed? I like the Hurst, especially because it has an old style white knob without the “Hurst” name on the side.
There is also a ‘64 Cyclone at the same auction in Chicago. I have seen the car, it leaves quite a bit to be desired. It is also white with a blown small block and an interior that belongs in a ‘80’s custom van. The guy hit a deer with it last year, he replaced the LF fender with a Caliente fender, welded up a bunch of holes.

Yes, the '63 1/2 260 cars were available with the T-10 but very few pop up. I was disappointed there is no picture of the data plate to confirm this is an original T-10 car. I've only seen two others in the last two years, both S-22 hardtops. I have yet to find another Custom.

Thanks for the tip on the Cyclone. Will check it out, esp. that interior.
EDIT: Love the Radir wheels 👍

No sale...
The Cyclone, not my cup of tea. Never caught on to Pro Street, Rat Rod, etc.... I'm old school.
