Westherstrip 1962 comet wagon

Post by Rubencometwagon »

Hello.

Who can help me?

I am looking for new weatherstrips for my Comet wagon 1962. All the 4 windows. Also the rear window.

Does anyone know who has them for sale? Lot of sites say they are not in stock right now.

Thank you.

Best regards

May want to try these guys. I haven't dealt with them yet but I am in the near future-

Pricier than others but well stocked, it seems.

Welcome aboard! :D Where are you located? These guys have some weather-stripping and seals that will fit your car. Click on the "Pricing" tab and scroll down to page 7.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was impossible to find those parts over there. It wouldn't hurt to give some of these folks a call or email them and see if they will ship overseas. Even if they will, the shipping may cost more than the parts. Let us know what you find out.

some early 'longroof' wagon parts' are fairly hard to source these days and are not being stocked as demand is low.

... 'helped send used parts to Austria from a 'Ford Six' forum member, he used a U.S.friend I sent package for him to ship 'best way'.

here's a long time Falcon /Comet vendor may help
