I just acquired this 1960 Comet sedan, and as you can see in this picture, the vertical members of the grille have a matte black finish. Is this original or did someone add this on? I have looked at many pictures of '60 Comets online and none of them have this black trimmed grille. My Comet is late production for 1960--105,983rd out of 116,331.
