I know this is a longshot as I've searched alot for them. Looking for the rubber cushions that go under the 2 front fender bullseyes.
I could possibly re-use the ones I have but they are very hard and split in a few places.
OR, something that would work as a substitute?
thanks...john.m

Solved. I ordered a small sheet of high density foam, and will make the 2 ornament cushions.

Good idea, I don't think anyone reproduces it.61 Waycrosscomet wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 10:45 amSolved. I ordered a small sheet of high density foam, and will make the 2 ornament cushions.

I think I saw your pic of them on FB. looked like they were shaped like a house roof. I have made a lot of stuff from rubber for my car ,even some stuff that is available but either high priced or I didnt want to wait on an order. A friend of mine gave me some 1'' thick rubber that was for dock bumpers for big tractor trailers. I have used it for a lot of stuff. I even used it to make 1'' spacers above my coil springs that were cut too short. I mostly use a band saw (for the big cuts) to make the ruff cut & then use a platform sander for the final shaping.61 Waycrosscomet wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 10:45 amSolved.
