Looking to replace the 2 rollers / rivets on both driver & passenger door windows. Anybody done this? Can't find anybody that has these parts so wondering if there are any "close enough" parts out there. Alternative I've thought about is 3D printing or getting the plastic rollers machined, but still have to replace the rivets.

Are you talking about a stepped nylon roller? If so, I cleaned the nylon up, I found something the exact diameter and basically made a mold and poured JB weld in. That was 2009 and it is still working.

Yes - the stepped (center grooved?) nylon roller that's riveted into the pot metal window frame.
But did you replace the rivets? Or are you saying you cut the nylon roller off the existing rivets and formed the JB Weld around the old rivet? And then cut a groove into the JB Weld? Sorry - trying to picture it.

I did not remove it. The smaller part of the roller was not broken on mine. Just the outer/larger part or the flange portion.
