6mm Bizalloy plate was lazer cut using mdf templates. This was used to plate up the chassis rails and for the upper arms to mount to. The lower arms were sunk into the chassis rails.

What is the vacuum diaphragm and cylinder in the trunk for?

are the tires on the right sides? looks like rotation is wrong ? Of course I do realize this is mock up stage & they're coming back off but i had to speak up. :roll: :lol:
