Its on labor day weekend. Sunday the 27TH. I haven't started that car in over a year. Have to take it out and clean it up. I'll take some pictures.

Maybe I'll see/meet you at LVD on the 27th. I usually have a car there racing with the FAST class guys, but no racing this year for me. I have to pick up a pair of '64 quarter panels that a friend brought from Oklahoma for me. Man he does a lot of driving. Let me know if you are taking a car and I'll look for ya!

Have never raced @ the track. However I would like to run the Fairlane in the pure stock class. I have to get a trailer. What car did you race in the FAST class. I am familiar with many of the cars. If you raced there in the last seven years, I may remember your car. Not many Fords or Mercs there so the ones racing standout.

This is me! But I won't have the car there this year. I'll be hanging out with the FAST guys. It really is a nice event that Hemmings hosts. They have always treated us very well.

Mike, love that picture. What motor and whats your best ET with the car? Is Lane Carey going to be there this year? I don't remmber seeing him race there last year.

I don't know if Lane will be there racing or not. Something tells me he is building a new car for a different class. My motor is a 428CJ stroked out to 462cu in. Best pass for me was 11.70 @ 121mph.

Yea, I thought I read somewhere that Lane was building a Boss 429 motor for his next car. Hey Mike, what town do you live in?

I am in PA. Just outside Phila. in the suburbs. Oreland, PA. Closest tracks to us are Atco, Englishtown and Maple Grove.
