Worked on my exhaust this week. When back and forth on what mufflers and finally decided on the Black Widow mufflers. I also bought these tailpipes from summit to have something to start with.

Had to cut a little out of the pipes and re-weld them.
Here is a picture of the tailpipes done. The front pipes are just straight pipes with a 12 degree bend 6" from end for left side. And 9 degree bend for the right side to line up with the headers. And the mufflers.
The mufflers are pretty much straight thru.
Here is what it will basically look like assembled.
I still need turn down tips. The exhaust tucks up pretty good and the tips will exit behind bumper with just a little of the turn down showing .
Made my own hangers by bending the universal type hanger and welding to clamp. Didn't want to weld to pipe in case I wanted to change anything or made any mistake. This way I only need new clamp instead of pipe. Also made some plates with studs that go in from other side to bolt hangers to and some rubber gaskets to seal the holes.
Here is how hangers look on car
Test fitted everything a few times and pretty happy how it all fits. Need to paint hangers and brackets, get the turndowns and then install. Looking forward to hearing how it sounds.
