There is a place here in Wisconsin that does stainless steel restoration. http://vintagevehicles.net/services.html
I am sure they can remove just about any damage unless the surface is gouged. I have a local place that does all my polishing, they can remove most scratches but they do not repair dents. Do the caps have curb rash?

Thinks Jim,
That’s what I was finding. There are places that do polishing don’t want to do dent repair. I will have to check with Vintage Vehicles.
